The Evercool® Comforter’s outer shell is actually cool, really cool. It has one of the highest lab tested Qmax values on the market at 0.45 (cotton is 0.11 and silk is 0.19). The higher the Qmax value, the higher the cool to the touch effect. The best part is that the Evercool™ fabric achieves these values without using any cooling additives, nano-particles or chemicals. Another benefit, while other cooling comforters may cut corners by making their comforters cool only on one side, both sides of the Evercool™ Comforter have the cool to touch effect.
The Evercool® Comforter consists of two main parts: the outer shell and the filling. The outer shell is made of our Evercool™ fabric which consist of 90% nylon and 10% spandex. The advance nylon used offers the cool to the touch effect, high moisture wicking capability and silky touch. The spandex gives the outer shell a little stretch to improve on the anti-sagging properties and machine washability. The filling is made of hypoallergenic Sorona®, an advanced eco–conscious fabric with high breathability, quick drying and temperature regulating properties.
The Evercool® Comforter is designed to be used without a duvet cover to maximize the benefits of the cool to the touch effect and the incredible breathability and moisture wicking properties. The comforter is machine washable and compact enough to fit in an ordinary household washing machine.
