The starter set comes with only a fitted sheet and pillowcases, no flat sheet, but it isn't needed, especially if you WANT to be cool at night and already have the cooling comforter. The same silky-cloud-like feel from the cooling comforter is exactly what you can expect with the sheet set. I love the feel of it to the touch and how it complements the softness and coolness of the comforter. I don't miss the flat sheet at all because it would only get tangled up anyway. My absolute FAVORITE part, however, is the thick "waistband" at the bottom edge to fit around the mattress. I have a thick memory foam and when I use my adjustable base to "sit up" to watch TV or do some computer work, I used to struggle to keep sheets on my bed. I would avoid putting it up for only a limited time since I always had to lift the mattress and fix the corners. I even bought snap-on suspenders and would only purchase sheets that claimed to have "extra deep pockets" for tall mattresses. Now, I'll never need ANY OTHER KIND of sheets again. It has not only made my bed harder to leave in the mornings, but Rest has given me back some of the functionality of my bed. I also like that the tight weave smoothness resists bacteria and oils from absorbing into it, and it's machine washable/ tumble dry ready so my bed can stay fresh without any hassle. (Photos in midnight blue, but I also show the elastic of the fitted sheet in white for a better contrast view)

The Evercool®+ Pillowcase is actually cool, really cool. It has one of the highest lab tested Qmax values on the market at 0.36 (cotton is 0.11 and silk is 0.19). The higher the Qmax value, the higher the cool to the touch effect. The best part is that the Evercool®+ fabric achieves these values without using any cooling additives, nano-particles or chemicals. The sheets also have IONIC+ Antimicrobial Technology woven into the fabric to help prevent microbes from accumulating on the fabric, keeping the sheets fresher and cleaner longer.
The Evercool®+ Pillowcase consists of two main ingredients: Nylon and spandex blend and IONIC+ Antimicrobial Technology Silver Yarn. The advance nylon used offers the cool to the touch effect, high moisture wicking capability and silky touch. The spandex used gives the outer shell a little stretch to improve on the anti-sagging properties and machine washability. The IONIC+ Antimicrobial Technology silver yarn provides antimicrobial properties. It is permanent, never washes out and helps the fabric stay fresher, cleaner, and lasting longer.

Just like other bedding products and clothing, it’s best to wash before use. Wash separately with a low alkaline or neutral pH detergent and follow the care instructions on the washing tags attached to the comforter. Remember: Do Machine Wash Separately on Low & Do Drip Dry for the Best Results. (Tumble Dry Low is an Option but Drip Dry is Recommended). Do Not Iron, Do Not Bleach, and Do Not Dry Clean.
